Always thought my 2018's front grill was boring and did not like the grey coloured part going across the grill. I did modify it back when new in 2018 with a matching red and black Ford logo but that got damaged during winter operations here so it was time for an upgrade.

First as it was in 2018 with the red and Black Ford logo...

Now with the Raptor styled front grill which I further modified with the Ford lettering wrapped in red and then PPF applied over it for further protection.

New rims and tires and matte black vinyl. Nice little project and love the look. Wheels came off 2022 F150. Tires are Nitto Ridge Grapplers 295/60/20. Bilstein leveling coilovers - I set them at 1.5 inches. Some rubbing that required minimal trimming. Drives like a dream.

Some of the latest additions to my baby girl.

- Swapped the radio bezel (yet again) for the Expedition one. FYI, if you’re an old schooler like myself who still carries a couple of CDs in your truck, and are thinking about doing this swap, make sure you look for a 2018 bezel, CD slot was phased out 2019, apparently. And before the judging begins, I just liked the look. Yes, I am aware I have two A buttons, I’ll be replacing the outer one (non-functional) with the camera button, just for looks.

- Can’t believe a 50k truck doesn’t come with leather seats nor the armrest in the back seat at least, boggles my mind. It was one of the things I wanted to add to my truck, I picked up a complete backseat set from a Lariat off of eBay for $600.00, made the swap. Didn’t care for the color since I will be doing leather seats eventually. I was happy with the new addition, that is until I noticed the armrest on the 14th gen is different, the cupholders are on top (like the RAM truck) instead of that flimsy cupholder that comes in/out of the armrest. So, I went ahead and got the new armrest from a 14th gen, I will be replacing when I do the leather seats.

-Seem like the seats on the 14th gen are not that different from the 13th gen, at least I’m going to find out soon. I was in the market for leather for my seats, I was looking at Katzkin, amongst others. Then I found this guy on eBay selling OEM leather takeoffs, all trims. That’s when I thought, how different would the 13th & 14th gen seats can be, so I picked up a complete set for a Lariat for $400.00 (that’s less than half I would’ve had to pay for Katzkin) in, surprisingly, excellent shape. I personally don’t want to venture out at trying to replace them myself so I will be looking for an upholstery guy to do it, it just seem like way too much work for a low-patience person like myself. I did tried the headrests, and they all fit. I’ll make sure to upload the end results.

- I also added the AMP research running boards and I kid you not, I am in love with those freaking running boards! My truck being lifted, It absolutely made a difference from the OEM running boards. Before, I would skip using my running boards when trying to get in/out of my truck, but now since I have the AMPs, I step in/out and I use them.

Got plenty more things coming….

Headed down to help at a hillclimb our club is putting on. Figured we’d have a little 2 wheeled fun while we’re there.

I was kind of upset when I realized that my truck didn't have a CD player in it. My truck is a 2019 and have looked into doing a swap for a CD player.

is that just the leather cover on the headrest or the whole headrest frame and guts?..... looks like a B&O with built in speaker type.

If you have a 4x4, consider adding hill decent assist, just need to change out a button and enable it with FORSCAN. that might solve your dual A.S.S. Switch quandary.
