They swing out, so they operate a little differently than the OEM or Amp steps do, but they deploy very quickly. My wife is 5' and I have an almost one year old, so will be nice upgrade for the shorties in my life!

Those look and function just like the ones that came factory on my '09 Expedition EL Limited (the loaded options trim, but with "That" engine), except they're painted to match the vehicle. Quick tip, be sure to coat those hinge pins with fluid film and you'll never have a problem with then operating.
