Yea they're apparently 2 valve stems but not sure what they're for. I'm not even sure those are actual bead locks, more like bolts for the dressing black rim.
Received my BAK Revolver X4TS the other day and had a chance to toss it on today. Very easy install. Excited to see how it does for me
I love mine. Only complaint/problem I have is it freezes in the winter and is nearly impossible to open unless it thaws out in the garage over night. Ever so often I put some 303 Aerospace Protectant on it like Bak recommends...

This would be the true bead-lock version of that wheel.
And here's some info I found on the second stem...
"Monster Valves are an oversized secondary valve stem you install in your wheels. They make the fastest tire inflation system on the market even faster. Imagine airing down a 40 x 13.50 x 17 tire down 15 PSI in 17 seconds. This kit also includes a Monster Chuck which, when used with a Power Tank, will inflate that same tire in the same amount of time."

I'll keep that in mind and grab some of that 303 Aerospace Protectant. Thanks! I had the RetraxPro XR right before this cover and for sure that got stuck a few times over the winter. My truck lives on the driveway
Found some overspray from my hail damage repair last spring…guess I never gave it much thought and figured I was doing a **** poor job of cleaning my fender wells. 🤷♂️🤦♂️. Turns out the drivers side rear liner was almost half painted from a poor masking job. Some acetone, a Mr clean magic eraser pad and some 303 and it looks good as new again. I guess I was so wrapped in inspecting the major repairs that paint overspray just didn’t catch my eye…until a year later. 🙈🤦♂️
I think I might give it one more good scrubbing after our return trip next week. I can still see some “white” residue…I think anyway. 🤷♂️🤪
