Max tow?

I have a code L3 axle and the sticker on my factory hitch states a max trailer weight of 11,100 with weight distributing hitch. Does this mean I have the Max Tow pkg? If so, what does this pkg entail?

Ford used 3 different hitches for the 13th gens, the sticker on the bumper is for the bumper. Need the window sticker for exact tow packages your truck came with as the hitch could be changed or added.
