With the Lithium Gray you can only tell at certain angles that I have the hood wrapped.
I have the same colored truck and mine has the Xpel wrap on the front end, headlights, door handles, and door edges and you have to look real hard to see it
I'm a proud new owner of a 2016 F-150 XLT (details in the signature). This is my first truck I have ever owned, and I just wanted to let you all know that I have read all 247 pages of this thread, and I have learned a couple of things in doing so.
1) You all seem like very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful folks, and I just want to thank you all for that ahead of time.
2) All of you have some bad a** trucks, with some seriously amazing and creative mods!
As far as what I've managed to accomplish in the 24 hours or so since I drove it off the lot:
-Removed "Sport" stickers from the truck.
-Ordered a Stubby antennae, as I've already hit 3-4 trees parking it along the street in my neighborhood.
I have taken some screenshots of mods that many of you have posted before, and as time (and of course, budget) allows, I hope to be adding at least the following mods.
-Lariat black Sort grille
-Anzo Headlights
-Plasti-dipping chrome F-150 badges
-Spray-on bedliner
Again, glad to be a part of the F-150 family, and look forward to talking with you all in the future!
-B
PS~ I guess I've learned 3 things, actually...It appears that there are a few folks here with the F-150/Challenger garage combo, and I just wanted to add myself to the bunch. Below you'll find a photo of my F-150 as it currently sits, as well as my '71 Challenger. Within the next couple of weeks I'll post a photo of them side-by-side.
Hey all, got my Platinum Screw 4 days ago. I'm not new to modding my vehicles, and told myself, and my gf I wouldn't touch this truck. Doubt that will happen, lol.
Bought the stubby antenna because of my low garage overhang.
Bought these LED bulbs for the foglights and I am pretty impressed for $25.
Sorry for the pic heavy post. Plans for the next two weeks are clear bra, line-x the bed and all weather mats (not a mod, i know). Haven't found anything past that yet.
Who here has done light tint on their tails (ones with the radar in them, I am swapping so covering the radar is not an issue) but what did you use and pics please
