I have been reading this blog page by page and I keep seeing all of this stuff I want to do to my truck. I don't know if this was answered later in the blog and I haven't gotten to it yet. But did you add a clear coat over the paint? I have noticed on cars around my town that paint the lights it is a dull black, and yours don't look that way at all.

yea I have a lariat so it's pre wired they fold extend with bliss puddle lights and spot

Where they new or used? What'd ya pay for them?

So as long as you have a Lariat, all the wiring was there and no mods (other than the mirrors themselves) was needed. That's good to know, as I thought I recall reading somewhere additional work was needed to make them 100% functional.

you need the switch to! But yea there 100% functional!! Not cheap but worth it.
