Just got done with the Plasti-Dip of the tailgate F150 badge, and Ford ovals on the tailgate and front grille. I'll be tackling the F150 XLT front quarter panel badges tomorrow.
Added some reverse lights. Bracket was about half an inch too large in diameter for the hitch, so I had to machine down the mating edges. Also had to machine down the back of the top bracket and cut a notch to account for the factory weld on the top of the receiver.
They're wired to 12v fused from the battery to a relay behind the driver side tail light. Switch power comes from the box light so whenever I turn on the cargo lights (in the cab, or via bed switch) they come on. This was the simplest way I could think to do it so they can be work lights and reverse lights (good to 5mph in reverse anyway), and I won't blind people every time I switch to reverse. They'll only come on when I need them for hooking up a trailer, or backing out of a dark driveway. (Mailboxes like to jump behind you in the dark.)
Now to wait for night to test them out!

Just finished this little mod. It's been talked about in other threads, but I thought I'd spread the word because it's such a simple and useful mod. This basically allows you to easily pull down the rear-seat that's a pain to take down otherwise. I'm not going to get into the details, because the video does that. But what I will add, is that I used a 5/64 drill bit to make the hole in the latch pin. Here are a couple of photos of my finished mod, as well as the instructional video for all the juicy details.
