I've noticed in the F-150 school, people aren't leaving the chrome oval chrome. I had a F-350 King Ranch and when I was browsing those forums, they'd do the same thing, but only paint the blue parts.
Both look great, but it's gotten me wondering if the f-150 emblems dis-assemble to the level the Super Duties do.

Hmmmmm I'm not sure. I've seen maybe one person who has kept the chrome oval. It looks good.
This mod isn't as crazy as some here, but it did require trimming and cutting the center caps to work with the original capped lug nuts. I went with a set of chrome 2007 lariat 18" wheels and 255/70/18 AT tires.
Originally had the gray painted 17" wheels, but these lariat wheels fit in with the chrome and magnetic theme I've got going on much better. I've always really like the 5 split spoke rims, and they have the soft yet hard edges that match the lines of the 2015+ trucks.

Aeroskin bug deflector chrome (not enthused about the look it gave it..now considering a different direction with look..such as bushwaker fender flares, leveling kit, beefier tires, box rails or hooks chrome, tint, modify hood for vents and/or scoop.
cheap and easily replaceable, Costco had a pair of bucket for $15. bought 2 pairs , used 3 on the 40/20/40 front seats, which i love; max leg room ,keeps console shifter outta the way and my honey can easily slide over for snuggles
