Awesome, truck looks amazing! Stance wise and suspension, you built what I am after. The LEDs look great as well, and I am really considering wrapping my truck now. I will be swapping out a bunch of bulbs for LED's, will talk to you guys soon. Thanks for the quick response

Thanks! We started building the truck in January, definitely a fun process. Couldn't have done it without the help of our sponsors.

If you have any lighting related questions, please feel free to give us a shout: (314) 205-3033

Since we are on the topic of grilles, we had our XLT grille custom painted Tuxedo black, along with the front and rear bumpers, and badges. RetroShop painted our headlights tuxedo black as well. (I am not a fan of chrome, so it had to go!)

RetroShop also painted our chrome tow hows with a cool, candy gold metallic to match the zinc beadlock nuts on our Method Race wheels.

is that a real Raptor hood or an aftermarket one? If it is an aftermarket one, is the vents functional?

Same question.

It's the Fiberwerx Raptor style hood, Elite Customs & Collision (here in STL) painted it tuxedo black, and Vinyl Images wrapped it, leaving some of the black exposed.

Sadly the vents are not functional, that's probably my only complaint, but I'm happy with the aesthetics, fit and finish.

IAT's were pretty reasonable on our way there and back, even pulling the trailer

I've had my current 2015 for 10 months, and I hit the panic button by mistake at least once a month. Usually the fob is in my pocket when this happens. It never happened at all on my 2011. Don't know why. Bad design? The panic button should be recessed a bit.

I'm going to do what you did. I don't need the panic button, and it's a real nuisance when it goes off at 1am and wakes the neighbours.

Default Finally Lifted

Installed the SST 3.5" ReadyLift with 35x12.5x17 BFG KO2's on Ballistic Jesters 17x9 +12 offset. Had to push the crash bar up a smidge since the tire rubbed on the driver side in reverse. Installed the Hypertech programmer to get speedometer back on track and then installed the Livernois Motorsports tuner which wakes up the truck. Changed out my fender and rear emblems to incorporate the red black look.

So I see he hasnt been on in over a year, but there was a guy with the username "Moody Blue" that used to make decals that would go over your Ford emblems on tailgate and front grille. I sent an email to the one I used to order from him and its no longer working. Anybody else on here that does those type of decals? Id be interested in ordering one for my tailgate.

K9RetFordF150 what did the emblems cost you? Im interested in getting a set for my truck.

Can anybody recommend a good tailgate LED light and a good tri fold cover that wont break the bank? I had one, found the name and then forgot, on my old truck but not trying to spend $430 on one again.

I paid $36.30 for part GL3Z-16720-C, $23.20 for GL3Z-9942528-A, and $35.99 for GL3Z-16720-D from Tasca Parts.
