Well, I can understand that. But I guess one's age might have something to do with how one tricks out their truck too. When I got my first truck, I was still in college at the age of 22. It was a black 1995 Chevy S10. Very Plain Jane truck...my only mode to it was Ultra type 62 rims, and some beefier tires. My second truck was the red 1999 Dodge Ram Sport. I was 27 when I got it. And now my third truck, the 2016 Lariat, am now 43. Different age...different tastes. I expect to keep this truck for at least the next 15-20 years, so I doubt having a monochromatic "sport truck" at the age of 60 is gonna be the thing to do. Know what I'm saying? But to be honest, as I'm an honest guy, that when I was custom building a truck on the Ford website, I was building a Sport model, but a Dodge Ram at first, when that didn't work out for me, I started to build a XLT Sport. But it was too late to find something on the lot by that time, so in searching for existing inventory, we found this Lariat and of course it has the chrome grille, mirror caps, door handles and bumpers, but not enough to fill out the look, imo. So over the course of several months, I'm going to add pieces until I get the Chrome Deluxe look I think the truck should have had to begin with. I intend to do the window trim eventually as well...the B-pillar pieces, the bottom window sill, and the top rain visors.
No worries - It's your truck so what I like doesn't really matter! Don't take me stating my preference as saying I don't like your truck I just prefer a different look.
I'm 38 so still a little behind you in age but this is also my first truck so I'm just kind of experimenting with it to see what I like. The thing I like the best is seeing how everyone does stuff a little differently. If everyone made a monochromatic truck with black wheels and big knobby tires this would be a pretty boring forum.

No...Please explain how having a "Monochromatic Sport Truck" has anything to do with Age-->
Added the rigid bracket yesterday and put my existing rigid d2's on the outside and added the infinity LED cubes for the fogs. Still waiting on an adapter to plug them into my fog light switch. The infinity LED are nice. Very sharp cutoff and way brighter than old fogs at 2600 lumens. They didn't quite fit in the rigid bracket due to the bracket they came with but I cut out the bracket to push it down for aiming.
