Spacers
I researched them for over 6 months. Never did I find a failed BORA spacer. Found the occasional failed spacer but it was either one of two things, Improper install or cheap no name brands.
All the post saying they are going to fail were accompanied by only the hearsay (my cousins, friends, neighbors, uncle's spacers failed) and not personal experience, all the positive post were accompanied by a pic of their truck pulling a trailer for over 10k miles etc..
Do your research and make your own decision. The jeep world has used good quality spacers for a long time with no problems.

I'm just bugging, just as long as you torque them to specs as per Boras specifications, then mount the wheels/tires and torque them to 150 ft/lbs. you should be fine. Treat them like when you mount new wheels. Torque them again. I mean the spacers. Then put the wheels back on and retorque them to 150 ft/lbs

So I would imagine the spacers aren't any more dangerous.

Yes make sure they are torqued correctly, I took it in to have the wheel bearings replaced(another down fall of the spacers, hard on the wheel bearings) and they did not retorque the spacers correctly, I was going 35 mph when the truck shimmied like crazy as I was pulling over it came of went down the road crossed the median and hit a car in someones driveway.
The shops ins. paid for everything, no one was hurt.

I put a lot into my truck, I mean just basic stuff and I like how it is. Although I do want to put a level on it. I don't need the aggravation of getting into an accident. This is my first ever truck and love it. I actually get leery when my wife says she wants to drive it. LOL Not all women are bad drivers, just her. She hit our 08 rabbit in the driveway with the old grandprix we had. So that's all I need is for me to do something foolish. Can never expect the unexpected but I can at least try.

I added some running boards thus far so the height challenged woman can get in and out the passenger door more easily
Window tint is here but it is cold, so that will go on come spring/summer
I also removed the 4x4 decal on the side of the box and the dealership decals off the tailgate

Actually they are legal in Ontario. As long as they are like the ones posted where they bolt to the hub and then you bolt the wheel to the spacer. It's the type that are literally ring with hole where you still bolt the wheel to the factory stud that are illegal. Basically because by using that type you are reducing the amount of thread engagement.
