New LED tailgate bar from XK glow - have to say that I have been very happy with it. Meets the budget (less than $50) and only took about an hour of install.

I must say for the money and the simplicity it looks great.
Couple of questions please. Does the truck think you have a trailer hooked up? In reverse, how is the light output?
Thanks
When I installed my Line of Fire, the truck thought there was a trailer hooked up because it was plugged into that trailer spot. The worst part was it disabled ALL of my reverse aids. I simply wired the light into my brake lights and it worked perfectly..

Nice job. Do you have a close up shot of the install? Specifically - the right side under the tailgate. My truck has a joint there that prevents from installing the light bar, so I was wondering how other people who installed the light bars handled that issue.

I'm assuming the additional amp draw wasn't an issue.

Pretty good light output in reverse?
They seem to be really bright, no issues there. I do not have the reverse LED option on it. Also, I blacked out my tail lights so the reverse light was gone. I ended up installing 2 LED cubes under the bumper and those are insanely bright in reverse. Very happy with them.

I had this same issue and it was a pain in my A**!!! I first bungee tied the right side using the hook in the bed and under the bumper so it wouldn't move. I got sick of it dipping down eventually and so I ended up actually pivoting those 3M adhesive pieces on the light so they would be straight up and down and then drilling through them into the metal between bumper and tail gate. Screwed them in and never had an issue again.
