I can see how they did the same here LOL....this interior is definitely interior than the 2017 Escape...it just looks cheap all the way.
That's funny.... I'm not a fan of the info display being higher than the dash. That is (almost) a deal breaker for me. I would get rid of the cell phone /junk holder under the display, lower the display to the level (or almost the level) of the dash, get a column shifter (sorry), where the **** shifter is, put space for the cell phone ... easy peezy

I agree they seem to be styling this for the young and outgoing type people, but it's funny how things work out sometimes. The Kia Soul was overwhelmingly marketed towards the younger generation but more often than not I see seniors driving those things around. This bronco sport might fit that same mold... its low to the ground, has enough room for the grandkids, has a reasonable tradeoff between tech and comfort, and at the right price. I think in reality this bronco is going to be like the escape, a well rounded vehicle that is mediocre in all categories but that will appeal to buyers of all ages.

I also notice the dial shifter has the M button in the middle for manual mode... I'm guessing the right side stock is what controls the manual shifting, as well as maybe the windshield wipers? The left side stock might be the headlight controls... I dunno.. kinda hard to see in the pics.

The one on the left is the turn signal and bright light control. The one on the right is for the wipers. Similar stalks are on other Escape and some Fusion platform based products.

this is a copy/paste of the Escape interior - with very small changes in the position of the vents...in the Escape, M allows you to use the steering shifter, so I’m guessing this has it but we just can’t see it.

I dont like that segment of SUV's to start with. But the baby bronco looks better than the renegade. I hope the taillights dont have an X shape reverse light like the renegade. That would be an automatic **** it for me. I hate them

The mirrors on the full size bronco will have the mirrors mounted in the A-pillar instead of the doors. That way if you want to take the doors off the mirrors wint go with it. That's a plug over the jeep. The jeep lineup has given ford clues to build their bronco lineup better than jeep.
I've heard rumors that the Broncos might become a sub brand of ford. Kind of like how ram isnt part of dodge anymore

Yes, the mirror mount placement is superior to Jeep's. However, where Ford missed the mark, IMO, is not putting solid axles front and rear under the Bronco. People can say whatever they want, but solid axles are the best off-road. I'm disappointed Ford went with an independent front end on the new Bronco. Missed opportunity to knock Jeep off its off-road champ perch.

but just like jeeps a small percentage will actually see real off-roading. Most will luckily see a dirt road or two in their life.

independent suspension is a much smoother and more absorbing than a solid axle. its arguable that a solid axle is more durable, but look at other off road vehicles like the razor. they have independent suspension front and rear and look what they do
