I don't think production will be a hundred percent right away. I am sure it will be a slow process with many stipulations rather it comes from the government, UAW or Ford. There is a chance the workers may have to be tested before returning to work and checked for fever daily. Also, as much as I hate to say it, this whole thing may fire back up in the fall. With that said Ford may want to go ahead and start building the 2021 asap.

I know there was a quote from a Ford exec in the article, but when I asked an engineer during our last prototype run what engine would be used for the hybrid, he told me the 3.5L EB.

yep! We also saw the engine chart indicating the hybrid was a 3.5...

the EPA ratings on the hybrid version should be interesting to see. remember about 10 years ago when GM offered a hybrid version in the silverado and tahoe? and was a complete failure. MPG wasn't that much improved over the rest and like $7,000 more than a non hybrid. of course GM is a failure itself. but i hope the hybrid f-150 is more successful

if the Explorer is anything like to compare, you will be disappointed...

Almost nothing in that "driving" website article is true. Clickbait and stuff that's just made up.

"Local union leaders said on Monday that any worker who feels sick must be allowed to self-quarantine without losing pay." I would just self quarantine in the breakroom everyday.
