Well I'm glad they finally revealed the damned thing so I can comment a bit. A couple of things that you might find interesting. Obviously you know now that some things like LED headlights and push button start have trickled down to the XLT. There are better camera options and other stuff too. The larger hybrid can attach to your house if you have a power outage. All you need is an outlet on the exterior of your house hooked to an internal transfer switch. Center console will have wireless charging, USB and USB-C ports. The pockets on top of the tailgate are not just for clamps. They will allow you to attach aftermarket and Ford work tables and other stuff. The fold flat seats are bad ***. A huge thing for me and something I've nagged engineers about is we finally get the option of MONOTUBE shocks. They are so much nicer than the standard twin tube stuff we have had for years. The leather is a lot nicer than before. The large screen has some cool split screen options that give you a lot more info at once than the current screens. The side mirrors show a great deal more than the current gen. Tow mirrors are roughly the same as now. Frames are improved. The front bumpers attach much differently than before and should give a more consistent fit. There are some really cool rims coming. The interior on every trim level has a much nicer feel than the current generation. More cameras than the current trucks. You will be shocked at the size and sleekness of the hybrid batteries. I'm sure I'm forgetting something but it's late and I'm tired.

Disappointed that they didn’t make it a plug in hybrid. Even if the range was a garbage ~10-12 miles a lot of commercial lots have free charging and that is within at least my commute. More importantly a lot of jurisdictions have similar tax credits / breaks for plugins as they do pure electrics. Unless you need the larger inverter / genset to run tools, the hybrid option just seems like more gizmos to crap out.

I'm seriously considering the limited as well. Only concern is this is a 1st year redesign right? Any concerns there? Did the 2015 have any major issues as a 1st year redesign?

I might have to be trading mine in for a 2021. I think the exterior looks great but the interior upgrades might make me upgrade. The flat Driver's seat is amazing when you have 1-2 hours to kill between jobs but the sites are close together. The fold flat console will be great for using my laptop, right now it's a bit of a pain in the butt. The upgraded inverter is pretty awesome, most of my power tools are battery now it's nice that you have that option.
I was not a proponent of a much larger screen but it being horizontal instead of vertical like the Ram's is much better, glad they kept the buttons. I'm not a huge fan of the gauge cluster though.

Bummer the hybrid isn’t a plugin. Don’t care about the environmental aspect, but free charging at work and the tax credits / breaks Federally and in many jurisdictions would make it worth it. As it is, unless you need the 7.2kW genset, just seems like more things to go sideways.
