Like, personally, I don't consider 4-auto to be a minor feature, it's a literal game changer. In the rain or even just damp conditions, compared to a 2WD open diff (can't lock it up just for rain even if you have it) with an empty or light bed, 4-auto is like God-mode.
I, personally, also don't consider power folding mirrors a "minor" feature, as I would literally have to stop in my driveway and get out and walk around the truck to fold/unfold the mirrors every time I left or returned, in order to fit in the garage. That's a real PITA, especially in poor weather...I really put a lot of importance on simply being able to drive in and out of my garage.
Keyless entry is a pretty big thing too. If you've never had it, you may not get it, but, our other car has it, and I kind of got used to it sometimes...it's so incredibly convenient not to ever have to take my keys out of my pocket, for anything, basically.
And of course the list could go on. Dual zone climate when traveling with wife in passenger seat. Ventilated seats generally prevent swamp *** or sweaty back even in southern summers. Power seats with memory feel like a game changer after somebody else drives it or moves it and screws around with the seat position while doing so.
But I also get Z plan pricing so maybe that's kind of cheating
This is why they make different trim levels. And different cab sizes. And different available options like engines, sunroof, gear ratios, whatever you want to list.
Different people can have (vastly) different preferences and priorities in their vehicle(s)

Opinions of what is, or is not, a "minor" feature, vary.

Yep and to me, that means the higher trims are paying very exorbitant amounts for minor features that can be found in vehicles that cost tens of thousands less.
Good luck with that.

Ford will be retooling on September 7th and it will take about two weeks. But, the dealer says they don't expect the orders made by people to be pulled until November or December.
