I read something a while back that this would be available across all trims (can't find it now), and that it only activates when the vehicle is going 40+mph. Given the reduction in ground clearance, marrying it to an off road package might not make sense. But, who knows.

Best automotive seats I've ever sat in are Volvo's. They're so far ahead of anything else it makes me wonder why no one else can seem to make a decent seat.
The old beat up XC70 that I bought for $1000 to fix up a few years ago was much more comfortable than my $60k truck.
