Not unrealistic to have a car parked at home 14 hours a day on average. That would get you 15k miles a year. Just for perspective.

Luckily I'm way past the stage in life where I only put a quarter tank in my car at a time.

I never understood that. But more or less topping off each night doesn't sound so bad.

For sure it's a life style thing. If you have the mind set that, if you're not driving, it should be plugged in, many could make it work most of the time. There will always be exceptions, no different than how often one fills with gas. Routines plus anomalies.

Being retired, I think I could make the std 120v home charging work just fine, but I do have 240v set up in my garage if needed.

I think it's great that they realized that a patent didn't exist for something, and then sought it out, to lock others out. Very smart.

One, it totally defeats the purpose of EV's to reduce carbon emissions. Two, inventing a technology to save mankind from it's own destruction and then putting that in a lockbox, while some might call it clever, could also be looked upon as diabolical.

And clearly only those of one political leaning care about the environment, it's without question that others can't also care about the environment?
Rick, as usual, you're right and everyone with a different opinion is wrong! 😂

Luckily, your numbers are total BS. Sorry, but they are. 107 hours? Are you charging it thru a USB port? Get real. Who is lying to you like that?

I sympathize with anyone who has to interact with you on a daily basis. You sir are a clown.

Dropped into my dealer today told me the list is way over 80K now and 37 orders for this small dealership alone in the middle of nowhere, told me I may have to wait until 2022 If I were to order one
