I also plan to tow a trailer. Realistically, 150 miles of range while towing is to be expected. It won’t be a great cross-country machine, except perhaps for the novelty. But great for local camping. I won’t need to worry about finding electrical sites nearby for the weekend when I can quietly power the trailer from the truck.

I am suspicious that All Hat No Cattle is Jim Farley!
Let's just say that we have something in common.
We both want Ford Motor Company to succeed.
And some people don't. Makes me wonder why these anti-Ford people are even on here. Sad.

But please note that the Bronco reservations started last July, so my statement is completely correct. Show me another Ford vehicle that got 100,000 reservations in 3 weeks.
When did Ford Bronco reservations start?
Ford unveiled the new Bronco and started taking reservations on July 13 to great fanfare.Jul 30, 2020

Sorry, not quite accurate. Actually, Bronco reservations are currently at about 190,000. Fair enough.

It appears that it took months for the Bronco to reach 100,000 reservations.

It fills a niche.. I know people that say pickup trucks are a waste , Who to say what is needed or not needed for someone else, usually people that tend to do that are well just not well rounded... Being nice..
would I buy one,, nope,, my daughter and her husband would love to have one,, they live in the back country, sometimes the trails are crap and the bronco does do outback dirt trails quite well..
