Unhappy HELP, Drove Through Salt Water

Hey Guys I can't quite find anything with my issue here and I just want some insight as to whether or not I am in big trouble,

I have a 22' Lariat 4WD, and just got a 4" BDS lift, with 35" tires. I went to a day trip at the beach and upon leaving, I had to drive through a "river" that was a couple feet deep. Maybe up to my bumper. A couple of things to note.

- I was only in the water for no more than 30 seconds, but I was going at speed (15 mph) so my truck got hit by a decent size splash that came up and hit my windshield
- As soon as I got out of the water, my check engine light started blinking for maybe 30 seconds and disappeared and has not returned since.
- My air filter was a little damp, but not soaked. Drove maybe 10 miles to the airbnb and parked for the night.
- The next day I threw in a fresh air filter, did a complete oil and oil filter change, and thoroughly pressure washed my undercarriage, wheel wells, and all my lower components that salt water could have splashed on.
- My battery light has shown up very briefly and disappeared twice.

I drove about 400 miles home with absolutely zero issues and the vehicle ran very strong with no signs of sputtering or hesitation. I know the raptors are rated for 3 feet of water so I cant imagine this would ruin my truck but any insight is helpful. Definitely installing a skid plate to provide some sort of coverage.

Maybe just a a slipping serpentine belt from when it was wet. Could try rinsing off the belt and see if it fixes it.

Any concerns with engine if its running seemingly with no issues? Water in the intake, etc?

I doubt it. I would look into a product called Salts Gone. Boaters use it to de-salt their boats. It's not cheap, but you can spray everything in the undercarriage of the truck and engine bay to decompose any salt there is there chemically and safely.

I lived on the OBX for a few years and just spraying underneath thoroughly right after a salt water crossing helps a lot. The quicker you rinse it off the better.

Definitely will today, how concerning is it that I had a flashing CEL that went away very shortly?
