Save your money. A Youtube video shows how to open with the closed end of a wrench. A few tries and I can open it easily while standing outside the truck.

Thanks for everyone's input. I have the B&O sound system so there probably isn't much room to store anything.

I have the B&O sub also. Have (2) 20' straps back there so worth it for me.
