Yes sir but they had to come off to make room for the add bumper that's on order (2 more weeks) and light bar

Recently got some 17" rockstar rims and wanted to know if i can get some tires that would make them stick out of the body of the truck or would i have to get a wider rim?

The best way to do that is based on the offset of the wheel. You could try getting a wider tire also, but the offset is how I got mine to stick out.
