Default exterior lighting

ok all you enthusiasts. go ta question and I would like honest answers! I am seriously thinking of getting the smoked clearance roof lights on my 06 f150. I have seen a few trucks like mine with them but im not totally sold on them. one truck was white so they stood out like a sore thumb. I think they might blend well with my paint, but still not sure. what are yalls thoughts? ALSO.... I want to replace my offroad lights on front bumper with some that are brighter without breaking the bank. any suggestions?? thanks in advance guys.

No problem. Thanks for the photo.

I would definitely say do it. I've been wanting to do the same thing for a while now and just haven't had the time to pull the trigger. As for the offroad lights I have no idea on a specific brand but I'll tell you I've been playing with using aftermarket halogen housings and then swapping the bulbs for LED from Superbrightleds.com. Ill have to get back to you on how well it turns out but the cost was under $50 total for two lights and the new bulbs plus all the wiring. If it turns out well I'll be doing 4 in the front and 2 more on the back.

I have a couple for under $50.

Painted f150 fender and tailgate emblems. (cost of paint and rubber removal tool, and fishing line.)

Before:

After and installed:

These are on their way, 39.99 on eBay. (for one, my OCD would never allow me to change just one tho.) They are oem and painted to replace grille and tailgate.

Going to do the ecoboost turbo vent to atmosphere if I can find the silicon caps anywhere, that'll be about 5 bucks and sound amazing. Also got the glossy black pillar covers today and will install tomorrow.

2013 ecoboost turbo vent to atmosphere, if you read through the posts there's a couple vids of the after sound. Turbo chirps really nice. Easy to hook back up when warranty service comes up.

And the glossy back pillar coves just cover the flat black pillars between back and front window in a glossy finish.
