too bad my plug is somewhere in my headliner and I can't pull it out to see the colour. Frustrated. Found this on the amp running board install instructions. It seems to think all super crews have the same colour? Didn't indicate year specific.

Well I've tested 3 wires and so far none have given me any luck. Purple, green, and green with purple tracer. Now I'm skeptical my ground isn't right. Shouldn't this work for testing purposes? I'm no experienced electrician by any mean but from being told to "ground off the chassis" I assume this should work? (It's on a bolt)

Ignore above messages. Gray with purple tracer was the winner. Grabbed it in driver rear kick plate. Fed a wire under the truck to power passenger side. Effectively puddle lights in operation. Couldn't be happier all said and done but what a frustrating process. Here's driver side on for light output purposes Best modifications under -image-2281357759.jpg

Less $10 for a PT 2x10x8. A lot of time drilling, cutting, routing, sanding and staining. It looks sharp in the bed. I'm not sure how exactly yet but I'm going to get a F150 Logo in the middle of the board between the handles.

Burn it. That'll look great with that color stain. Or at least carve it, then a dark stain for the characters.

Well, i meant with a wood burning tool. It looks essentially like a soldering iron.
