I am. I run up and down 412 all week driving 500 plus miles a week. I have the 3.21 axle if that helps at 65 mile an hour. With the 8 speed it seems that the maker to me. The only other truck I had that would do that we'll was my 2011 with the 3.7. It is the 5.7. My partners at work are getting the same mileage. We are all pleased.
The 3.21 at 65 mph makes sense, but still a 21 mpg combined average between city and highway is still way high from what they told me their combined average was. You are even getting better combined mileage then a 4x4 EB 3.31, but that is not a fair comparison since the 3.31 EB is rated to tow 9,200lbs and that Ram 4x4 with 3.21 is only rated for 6,450 lbs towing.

I only see it in the tach because I can't feel it as it is that smooth.in the upper OD gears Say 8 to 6 or something like that. I only see it in the tach as it only moves a couple hundred rpm. I think I am turning 1300 at 65.

I know the tow rating is low but for me I never tow and only carry light instrument gear. So far we have all been pleased. I have had this one three weeks and just turned over 2000 miles today and its been like that from day one.

I still think you need to report that to Ram, because your combined mpg is as good as the Hemi's EPA highway mileage. This would make sense if you were talking highway mileage.

That is about the same RPM that my EB 3.15 work truck (8,600lb tow rating) is at 65 mph, but it gets 19 combined and 22-23 mpg highway with Texas 75 mph speed limit. Although being at the same RPM should not be a shocker since the .69:1 6th gear of the F150's tranpsmission is not far from the .67:1 of the Ram's 8th gear. Even the .86:1 5th gear of the F150 is not too far off from the .84:1 of the Ram's 7th gear. It is the gears in between that and 1st gear that are drastically different.

Yeah, putting a Viper motor in a Ram back then was like putting a 6 karat diamond on a ring made out of fake gold.
