The EPA ratings were 14/19... Ours was a manual not a sissy automagic.

Gm/Ford/Dodge all make good trucks. The new 8 speed auto Dodge has is bad ***, plain and simple.

I'm not bias... I currently have 3 gm cars, 1 dodge car, 1 dodge truck and 1 Ford truck lol.

If I were to buy a new car it would probably be a boss 302 ls or the new cobra. Ford killed those cars spot on.

We'll just to help Jaythor out I have no problem with making him or I money. Be glad to take him with me. We can start out downtown Tulsa and head down riverside back to memorial up 75 and out 412 and head to Ponca city. We can cut over 177 into Ponca and then Burbank and on To fair fax and hominy and back to 412 and finish back downtown. That should. Cover 300 miles mixed. And in the end if the gauge says 21 or better then just peel me off 5 Ben franklins and if not I will peel off 5 franklins. I can give him an address to a dodge dealer from there. BS, my butt. I am 58 and too old for this but I could find a spot for 500 bucks.

Why don't you post a picture of your lifetime mpg or at least several hundred gallons used with the corresponding mpg then I will be a believer. You honestly believe dodge would not promote a 20-25 city / highway crew cab 4wd hemi. As opposed to the v6 useless geared mpg packaged reg cab that barely hits 25 mpg in epa testing?

I owned the truck, I posted actual results. My low 13s EcoBoost averages 14.3.

I had a work truck Silverado crew cab 4.8l w/ 2.73s and I'd get 18.5 average lifted with 33's.

Don't like the results? I don't care.

My 650whp C5 with 3:90s will get 24mpg highway.

All fine trucks and all used as a street princess. No problems from any but I recently purchased a 2013 ram sport 4x4 cc 5.7 hemi 8 speed loaded. I have to admit it is do date the best driving truck out of the last 4 I have bought. Looks good, great mileage and comfortable. I like the dash, best one out there of any truck. The electronics work very well and the mileage is a solid 21 average. I liked my fords and my wife drives 2013 explorer and we like it very much. I hope the relationship is a good one. I can highly recommend it.
21 MPG average for an 8 speed sounds about right but it also tells me that you know how to drive it. On my 2012 6 speed Longhorn I averaged 20.81 US MPG over about 7000 miles. I never had the box loaded or pulled a trailer during that time and drove it for mileage. Lifetime is a lot lower because I do pull trailer and farm implements.
I absolutely loved the 2014 Sport 8 speed that I test drove this week. Made my 6 speed feel very slow. 8 speed is a must on my next truck. Glad you are enjoying your truck.
