Maybe it's south central, or north southern Texas.
I live closer to 4 or 5 state capitols than austin!
Ain't to sure, but I think I could live north of all texas

It had not been twenty minutes since I had read the original post here when I decided to go out for a leisurely cruise. Some noodle in a Hemi Ram decides to try and race me from a stop light. I am not a street racer by any means but this one really made me shake my head. I was not driving my ecoboost on this occasion. I was on my ZX-14. What was he thinking? The timing of this was priceless.

You know you're from Texas when you spend a full one week of a two week road trip in your own state!

We have a ram 2500 hemi for our shop truck and it drives like complete @$$ compared to my stock 3.55 eb. All my truck buddies swear by there V-8s and give me crap for having a V-6 but they all know who makes the torque in the crew. They're scared to ride in it since they know they'll be on the lot the next day. Two of them bought new chebys but immediately regretted that decision as one's front wheel attempted to liberate itself from the truck via hub and the other blew a strut. Good read.

Ha ha. If you wanna see the world, or just feel like you did, drive through Texas.
