can't say much about funny Ram guys, as my buddy fits the description pretty well, but he likes his truck and I like mine... numbers aside I'm sure there are Ram guys bashing the Ford line for one reason or another... some things can't be disputed, but to each his own.

as for the "texas is so big"... feel free to enjoy the 2-3 day drive across Ontario up here some time.

I wonder about this a lot. It seems that about 1995/96 the steel went away, I googled pictures and the look changes a lot after that. But I think the new technology might somewhat make up for things in a crash? Not sure. Haven't looked up stats.

Usually texas just seems bigger cuz if you drive through you get all types of terrain, scenery, weather and people as if it were 3 to 4 different states

When I moved from Capreol(Sudbury), Ontario to Red Deer, Alberta, half the trip was just getting out of Ontario. The other three provinces were a breeze.

I didn't read all the other pages, but great story. I had my buddy in the truck the other day with my old lvl5 socal and I noticed that he had the pillar gripped from the time that we pulled out of the driveway to the time we got to town. Left town same thing and he kept looking nervous (I was only going like 65mph). Finally we made a turn and I got on it to about half throttle and he finally spoke and said, "this thing is strong"....I was like, "You, haven't rode in it tuned". I forgot he hadn't soooo I went WOT---he was in disbelief, lol.

My wife told me that she is the same way because the truck feels like I'm always accelerating when I'm not...I guess it makes sense if you aren't always driving it. Bottom line the SoCal tunes are from top to bottom ridiculous with some very quick response and tq.

To be honest, my Unleashed 93P was scarier to drive at 60mph cruise as it seemed to always be running like a few lbs of boost (Not an issue, just completely different---it did lack the up top pull though).

Lol! My wife says she won't drive my truck with the last tune I put in it which was the SoCal T3 because she says it scares her how the truck goes faster then she really wants to go all the time. She says she pushes the throttle enough to go 3 mph faster and ends up going 10. I guess that is one way to keep her from driving my truck.

Haha, my wife loves how smooth the power is with T3, but will NOT drive it anymore either. I was like, really?!?

She just will not do it, I don't think I could drive it any other way.

Had to go back to the 87 T2 for my wife from the 91t3 for the same reasons. She gets to drive the truck more cause of my commute, work schedule and I feel safer having my son in the truck on a daily basis than my lil car.
