Just a follow up. I ordered my 3-button OEM key from Vistaremotes last Saturday afternoon (1/8) and the item just shipped on the evening of the 14th. Considering their auction promise of next day shipping this has been disappointing. It's principle in the fact when a commitment is made by a business we have a reasonable expectation that it will be met. Now it appears 3-4 days for "expedited" delivery will end up being 11 or more.

I mention this only because it may help other guys decide where to purchase from. I will still update with my results once it arrives.

Default Anybody else with flip key?

Hi, I have the flip-key from artiway, and was wondering if anybody else is having the same issue of the key blade being loose? I notice that I have to re-tighten the two small screws that hold the blade in every week.

I also ordered from Vistaremotes on the 5th & paid by Paypal immediately, I still have not received it & their reply is they "shipped it late". I inquired when they shipped it & they said "about 5 days after the sale". I said I was not happy about that & they replied "my expectations are too high". Just a little headsup for anyone else thinking about buying from Vistaremotes!

if you guys go to any good locksmith they can order those keys for you, not sure on the switchblade kind but the fobwith the fixed key blade they can. my father in law is a locksmith and can get that key for $14 and probaably get in in faster then the ebay dealers.

I put a drop of locktite in with each of the screws. Might regret it later, but if the key breaks, it goes in my ebay fail bin.

That's good to know! I wasn't aware that they could get the IKT 3 button fobs. Hopefully I will get mine before long.

Got the new key in the mail today and took it to Lowes who cut it for free. It programmed with no problem on my 2010 Lariat and works like a charm. I was NOT impressed with the seller and his longer than advertised shipping claims but at the end of the day it works and I'm pleased. This came from Vistaremotes on eBay (link) so if this is exactly what you want and you don't mind slow shipping from a non-customer friendly seller then have at it. I post the link ONLY because I'm confirming it works and I'd want it from someone posting the same.

The 3 button key was important to me because I think it would have driven me crazy having a button that did nothing. It would have saved money though because the 4-buttons are cheaper for whatever reason. Anyway, enjoy and good luck!

I got mine today also, it came too late in the day to do anything with it, It is exactly like yours & you are right, he is not a very friendly seller on ebay, but if it works, i guess that's what matters!!
