The tab i welded to my lower trains cooler bracket to hold the water separator.


Water separator in and plumbed.


Proof that even with a mechanical fan it all fits!

this is the part of a project that I hate so much. The last 10% that takes 50% of the time. I worked all day and have little to show, but progress was made. The transmission is plumbed, the engine dip stick is in (had to disassemble the driver's side and drop the manifold), the reshaped trains dip stick is in, the radiator hoses are in and whatis in it''s right. A mechanical fan still clears but I think I'm going to convert to electric. What a day!

If anyone was thinking of putting in a 5R110 you'll need at least a 1" body lift... or rop drop some notching. And if you think a BFH will get it done see the dimples in my file piece....

Electric fans went in this weekend. It would have been an easy installif they wouldn't have hit the ABS module.
