Still making progress but still being a pain until the end. I've also been short on time so that's been killing its progress too. I finally got the PCM back so as soon as I get back from my next 17 day training I'll hopefully be able to wire it up and test fire the engine. The intake is now done, the exhaust is done up to the transmission crossmember and the electric fans are in. The exhaust caught me because it had to be stretched 6" and the drivers side manifold on the V10 exits in the same spot but different angle compared to the V8.
It's still fighting me hard but it's still getting closer. I'm trying not to rush it and make it look like a hack job and so far I'm still very pleased with how its turning out. I'm running out of room under the hood but there still seems to be enough room for everything.
Exits at about 70°
Exits at about 30°
The current view as of 6/8/18

I'm sure this still isn't the update a lot of you were waiting for..... but there is still more things popping up that set back the project. The factory transition on the intake didn't work so I had to rehab the end of my intake tube. The rack and pinion also hits the oil pan so I had to make room for it.

I have to hand it to you man, you're like the Energizer bunny. I'd probably have had a mysterious/unexplained garage fire by now!!

Well it's at the shop to get wired. Does feel good that the owner of the shop complimented me on the job that I did to it. Hopefully I'll hear it run by the end of the week!! Also I'm not sure how but the engine looks bigger with the hood on it!
Also had to lengthen the lift kit kicker braces to compensate for moving the transmission crossmember back.

Not the update I wanted to be giving but the shop kind of threw their hands in the air and gave up. The truck is home and I am actually driving 5 hours tomorrow to get the chassis and body harness from the original truck and converting most the wiring over to the F-250 now to make this thing work... I'll hopefully be back to working on it by the end of the month.
