Holy hell. I've never seen anyone do an engine swap in these trucks, much less along with an interior swap. You have some serious patience and skill, this is something I had thought about with my '07 (was thinking of a diesel swap) but was never determined enough to even begin looking into what would be involved.

Well that truck already had the dash taken out of it so I'm back on the hunt. I found another few online and sent them some Emails so here's to hoping I find one soon. I'm kind of SOL until I find a truck that has both harnesses, the PCM together. Here's to hoping I find it quick

Working on knocking out some of the little things while I wait to hear on the wiring harness (hopefully tomorrow but probably Friday). I got the throttle body spacer in and it put it just past the cowl like I was hoping it would.
While under the truck I also noticed something.... that I had an old front driveline out of a 90 F-250 that was the perfect length to the front driveline! All I have to do I swap the drive flange on the front 8.8 for a rear 8.8 flange to get it to all bolt up!

That definitely makes 3 if us. I need a new U joint to finish the front driveline and I'm pulling the frame rail wiring now to prep for the new harness I'm getting Thursday. I also pulled the front diff flange so that on Friday I can pop in a new 8.8 flange and I'll have a bigger front driveline for around $50. If all goes well there might be a YouTube clip of this on Sunday...... if ALL goes well....
