Trying to stay busy while I wait for my buddy and his scan tool get home this weekend. Dash is out and halfway reassembled with both harnesses hidden in there. Should be back in tomorrow night.

Doesn't the inertia switch have a button to reset it? I think it's usually in the passenger kick panel by the fuse box, but not 100% sure on that.

Yes, the fuel cutoff switch is in the passenger side kick panel were the fuse box is, and it has a reset button on it.

Fun fact: on the F250 it's right behind the panel that covers up the end of the dash.

I plugged it in, pushed the button and still nothing. Right now I'm working on getting all of the interior and wiring in it to do another module relearn and see what happens.

Oh right, I've seen that. Do you have the original wiring harness in the truck still or is it all switched to the 250 harness? I'm thinking if the factory harness isn't connected to the factory inertia switch it could be giving an issue and not reading the new switch.

Did you have to cut/splice any wires in the harness that could lead to the switch? If so, is it possible the switch could be wired backwards?

The only harnesses that are of the F-150 is one of the dash harnesses (for the nav and HVAC) and the cab (for the heated seats and speakers/sub). The F-250 harnessing in there to use the power wires for the said components. My hopenisno can run them on separate can bus systems to keep them from freaking out but I'm guessing that wont work.

Default V-10 into an F150??

The main question is WHY BOTHER ?? I had a V-10 in an F-250 2000 model. I now have a 3.5V6 ecoboost in an F-150 2015 model. The F-150 would run the pants off the F-250 V-10. They have identical torque specs. The V6 puts out 65 horsepower more than the V-10 did. AND it gets very nearly twice the gas mileage... Now tell me again exactly why some nut would shoehorn a V-10 into an F-150 !!!???
