Finally have the new rear driveline!

Routing the fill tube for the radiator reservoir.

The two ppwer wires for the electric fans.

These two grren fuses are now the 40 amp circuits for the fans.

The modified SD flange on the 9.75

The modified coolant sensor adapter for the lower radiator hose.

This is the big reason that this thing isnt driving yet. Its ALL these small details that I domt want to rush or do "for now". We all know it never gets done after you can drive it lol.

I drilled out a gas SD front flange and it bolted right up to the 9.75. Driveline was lengthened to 60.25" from flange to flange and went right in.

Got another chunk of filler hose from an 04-08 5.4 and was able to use a 90 degree fitting to hook up the 98 F'-250 reservoir. After I find the extension hose to the V10 heater hose and install the heater hose it'll be ready for coolant.

My buddy was able to weld togethetogwo adapters together for my lower radiator hose. I'll have a 185 and 205 degree sensor for each fan. Since the thermostat is at 195 the idea is that I'll run on one fan and if I ever work it hard enough (like towing or driving like an @$$hole) the other fan will come on. The other fan will cycle with the AC co.pressor as well. The relay block (I forgot to snap a pic of the mounting bracket last night) is going to be mounted down by the drivers side core support mounting bracket.

I didn't want to power the fans off of wires from the battery. I want to do this the right way the first time. I pulled a few main wires from a spare engine bay harness (yay for all the failed harnesses in my shop) and put in two 40 amp circuits for the fans.

Tonight I'm hoping to get the radiator back in, finish wiring the fans and bleed brakes and have it move under it's own power.

Best way to bleed brakes: Put a bleeder hose on each wheel cylinder and run them into 4 cans. crack open all 4 of them and let them drip fluid for a few hours while you do something else and keep an eye on the fluid level in the master cylinder. Don't let it run dry. After you get fluid in the cans, close the bleeder screws and you should have firm pedal. A lot easier than sucking it out or pumping it. Also doesn't damage your ABS.

That sounds like a great idea! Way better since I need to finish my fans tonight.

This relay block is a PITA. I have it tucked away so well that I have to remove the radiator just to remove the bracket to get to the bottom side of the block that I plug the wires in.

Fun fact: if you wire the two black wires to ground on the dual fans you'll have one plug that has two + wires and one plug with two - wires..... Why Ford.... why??? This took me hours to chase down
