I am exhausted and now so is the V10. It's definitely quieter but still let's you know there's a modular motor with a few extra cylinders in this thing. Video coming tomorrow because I'm actually exhausted.

I'm guessing that some heavy driving will take care of that smoking? Also, the truck sounds really good.

It'll get some heavy driving once I get the gooseneck hooked up but for now itll have to deal with driving sideways! 😎

And the smoke is from the exhaust shop grease.... EVERY freaking bend on that nice exhaust had to be cut, opened up and welded. You can't see it from the back but it was a lot if work! Sure looks good from the rear though!!

In general, it takes a lot in order to really impress me when it comes to machines...but I. AM. THOROUGHLY. IMPRESSED. Amazing work dude.

Just be careful towing... with no actual towing specs, the internet tow police will be all over your azz for putting their lives in danger!! Lol

Thank you! I've done projects in the past where I rushed the last 10% and never really finished it right. This thing will be 100% done before I put the hitch in it and start to really use it how I plan on using it.

Luckilly I worry more about what the status of the fart brewing in me over what the internet thinks about my pickup or what I'm towing with it. I've towed a lot and doubt I'll ever go above the tow rating of the truck. Even if I did, I have better brakes, air bags and will be towing with a gooseneck so they can kiss my 4th point of contact if they really want to see how much I care.

Sorry for the radio silence everyone. My friends scanner couldn't access the ABS module and my Forscan wont connect for some reason... plus I've been busy doing other things like acquiring a 48" press brake!

Hopefully I can get the brakes figured out this weekend and go drive this thing!

On Forscan, do you have a wifi adapter for the truck or a bluetooth model? I had issues with my bluetooth one the other day not wanting to connect. I unplugged it and plugged it back in which fixed my connection issue.

I actually have the USB version so it isnt that. I've tried wiggling it and restarting it multiple times with no luck.
