Come on man! Find a spot to relocate the reservoir, get you some longer lines and call it good! Easy kill brother! This is a SICK swap though man. Where are you stationed?

lol apparently my sarcasm isn't coming through I've figured out how to move it and I'll have that part done tonight. Now I need to just get to the dealer to get the right clamshell for my PCM so that I can get it wired!!

My bad, I didn't catch the sarcasm. Wiring always stinks...but I actually kind of find it therapeutic. You never did mention where you're stationed...

Velocity is gooood, so long as you have *just* enough pipe to move all the exhaust gas.
although you should have no shortage of torque with 413cid and a 4.165" stroke...

Eh, size of the tail pipes doesn't really have an effect on performance so long as they're big enough. The b-pipe/y-pipe/single will have an effect, and if it's too big, you'll kill the torque until RPM's up enough to fill the pipe and get velocity up.

Plus on the bright side, I should have at least 100 extra ft/lbs of torque more than the 5.4 ever thought of having after this is all said and done. And that doesn't even count how tired my engine was when the flex plate let go!
