Good thing I've gotten some experience plastic welding lately...... looks like I need to section out 6.25" out of this thing somehow.....

The front 8.8 is the same spline count as a mid 90s F-150. This made me able to bolt on a larger driveline flange and bolt in the factory SD front driveline. One small win for today.

If anyone is tired of their worm out/missing rubber pad on their brake pedal or likes the newer style, this was a fairly easy project. Just take a cordless grinder to the junkyard to cut the pad off since the arm that holds the newer one on is thick and at a horrible angle to try getting to it with hand tools.

2 things I've learned... the rear door panels didn't put up much of a fight and I'm not excited to cut up the front ones....
