There's two radiators for the F-150, a single, and a two-core that the towing package trucks had.. Which one was in the truck?
Rock Auto surfing will get you the thickness measurements, but figure if it's under an inch thick in the core, it's the light duty one.

I’d suggest a cu2819 radiator, I have one in my truck with tow package.

Man, I could just imagine the amount of frustration this is giving you. The finish line is close brother, don't give up.

There actually isn't any frustration with the head gasket. This was 100% my fault for missing a hose clamp, not doing a proper nut and bolt before I took it for its first drive/tow and for gambling on a radiator that I had doubts on. If anything i needed the motivation of realizing how AMAZING this thing worked to get this thing finished.

This thing may not on paper be what a coyote, or EB F-150 is.... but it is an entirely different animal. It is flat out impressive and I'm really looking forward to fixing it and seeing what it does with 4.88s!

I suggest that before you do a diff swap, you drive it around a bit and see how it does if you shift it through the gears manually. you just might get by with a tranny retune.

I apparently should have flushed this thing out because the coolant looks VERY dirty eventhough I put all nee coolant in it. Hoping to have time tomorrow to flush this thing out and see if it holds its temp.

I've also decided to go to the Aluminum radiator instead of the larger factory one. Doing the math it's roughly the size of the factory V10 radiator, but this would basically equate to the same option on the SD. Plus it would get rid of the plastic tanks AND.... (pause for dramatic effect).... allow me to recess it into the core support and give me more room in the engine bay and the front accessory drive!!

I've played with it already (had to see how well the console shifter worked) and it just rarely uses 5th gear. 4th actually feels like OD and I would actually like to keep it that way for the fuel economy (that's a V10 joke right there) but I really want to tow in 4th and not 3rd
