The engine is here! Front cover, lower radiator house housing thing and spark plugs have been swapped. Should have this in tomorrow!

It's got some carbon build up,, but appears to be in good shape. If I can get 2 good years out of it I will be happy!

Water was in the exhaust you say? In manifolds, pipes, muffler?

Engine is in and mostly assembled. Hopimg to hear it run today! The only thing that may prevent that is if drill today goes longer than anticipated.

There was quite a lot in the pipes/muffler. When it was running there was a lot of white smoke that never cleared up and it was definitely going through some coolant. Upon further inspection it looks like I lost the head gasket on the #5 cylinder.

Sorry for the late response, life has been busy and I'm pushing to get this thing running today!

This still amazes me at times too. What's even crazier is how I'm still trying to figure out how I'm trying to figure out how I can sneak more things under that hood!

I went to go test fire the engine and the battery was dead..... Of course........ Hoping to hear it run in the next hour!
