Surprisingly there's just enough room for everything on this. You just have to move it around a bit. I actually like that the engine bay is filling up. It makes it more of a puzzle and when I pop the hood on it the V10 will only look bigger because of it!

I'm a big fan of empty space...makes working on things more user friendly IMO.

Big engine meet expensive air box. Expensive air box meet big engine. Now if only the weld on MAF port and silicone reducer could get here already. P

I had to open up one side of the intake tube to a 4"x4.5" oval to fit the factory intake tube. A little cut and splice and we are good to go!!

I wish I had next week to work on this thing. I think I could get it running if I had an extra week! It's going to be killing me for the 6 weeks that I'm gone that I haven't heard this thing run. I just had a few things that made this impossible.

1: Those freaking broken exhaust studs that made me pull the engine.
2: Fitting the throttle body upside down and having to pull the intake for the 3rd time.
3: Having to send the PCM to Florida to be flashed (The dealership couldn't flash the VIN into it without flashing the V8 tune into it apparently)
4: I didn't measure the box right (not enough sleep and too much caffeine) and didn't order the right coupler.

Oh well, I'm going to take the interior wiring harness for the 09 interior and try to get everything ready ready to splice into my 07 when I get home to keep the progress going.
