I have a '94 F-150 with a Vortech Supercharged 460, built E40D, 203/205 transfer case, 1 tons, 5.38s, Air lockers, 3 link/4link suspension that I'll be finishing up this fall. This winter I have a 2008 Hummer H3 Alpha that I'm doing a 1 ton straight axle swap into in prep for the 600hp LSA/6L90 swap that'll be happening next winter.
So basically I'll have a few other cool builds for you guys to keep entertained after this is done!

Now that's a trans cooler!!
The cooler brackets.
Floor board now clears the dipstick tube.
A few bends, a new tab and it looks stock!!

That is indeed a massive trans. cooler, are you also using an oil to water cooler in the rad. tank? My thought is that putting all the trans. heat dissipation in front of the condenser is going to hurt A/C performance. If you are using the OTW cooler, you could easily use a OTA half that size.

I'm sure it will have some effect on the AC but where i live isnt that hot and i usually use the 60-2 AC anyways.

Roger that, I was starting to ask that question, regarding what part of Oregon you're in (climate) but somehow closed out the wrong tab and lost it. I'm down here in N.California and am a recreational pilot. I'm always looking for an excuse to fly out somewhere. Maybe when you get that thing finished I could fly up some weekend and have a look? I see you're going to be on hiatus for a while. Study hard and thanks for serving!!
-- We always called it 2-65 A/C. I had that installed in my old '79 after the compressor seized.
