Tried this above few times, no change. I’ve noticed recently that with engine hot and not sitting to long, it has to crank less (still more than normal just not as bad)
I did a search for “fuel pressure” in manual, there is nothing about regulator only sensor
Some details about sensors..How do I check that sensor is bad?

what was it when running?

Ok so you have -
Fuel Pressure sensor
A returnless-type fuel system is one that is designed to use the powertrain control module (PCM) to regulate fuel delivery. A fuel pressure sensor mounted to the supply rail of the fuel injectors allows the powertrain control module to keep an eye on the fuel pressure. Your photo confirms that you have this system
The most common problem with fuel system on 2004 thru 2008 F150 is the Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM) which you replaced 3 years ago. NEXT - I would check the ground wire connection on the FPDM and make sure it is clean and tight.
As Laterongc stated, we will need to get some fuel pressure readings if the ground is not the problem

Key on engine off (right before you start it)
and then watch what it does while cranking.
in other words, what is it while your symptoms are present.

Doesn’t look like you have a fuel pressure problem. But since your issue was long crank hard start, I’d want to see what your pressure is when you first get to trick (after it’s say a bit) at:
Key on engine off (right before you start it)
and then watch what it does while cranking.
in other words, what is it while your symptoms are present.

The first longer video it looks like fuel pressure is lower - 20s instead of 30 in second video. If you listen to audio can hear it start. And this isn’t taking that long because was driven earlier
