you don’t have a regulator, only a sensor, which you found.

what else are you looking to find?

I did a search for “fuel pressure” in manual, there is nothing about regulator only sensor

Some details about sensors..How do I check that sensor is bad?
have you monitored your fuel pressure, what was it when key turned to on ( not yet started)?

what was it when running?

I was just stating what I found. And Jim asked me to post a pic so that’s what I did. Thanks very much for your helpful reply

Was trying to help….. wasn’t sure what you were looking for or asking so tried to clarify

Good luck with your truck.

Ok so you have -
Fuel Pressure sensor
A returnless-type fuel system is one that is designed to use the powertrain control module (PCM) to regulate fuel delivery. A fuel pressure sensor mounted to the supply rail of the fuel injectors allows the powertrain control module to keep an eye on the fuel pressure. Your photo confirms that you have this system
The most common problem with fuel system on 2004 thru 2008 F150 is the Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM) which you replaced 3 years ago. NEXT - I would check the ground wire connection on the FPDM and make sure it is clean and tight.

As Laterongc stated, we will need to get some fuel pressure readings if the ground is not the problem

ok I will check the ground for FPDM. I took a few pics of fuel related readings

Doesn’t look like you have a fuel pressure problem. But since your issue was long crank hard start, I’d want to see what your pressure is when you first get to trick (after it’s say a bit) at:

Key on engine off (right before you start it)

and then watch what it does while cranking.

in other words, what is it while your symptoms are present.

Longer video was taken after truck sat for 3hrs or so was driven this morning. Shorter video was taken right after the first.. Couldn’t get videos to upload here, but here are links:

https://streamable.com/b4bzeo?src=player-page-share

https://streamable.com/2c136u

The first longer video it looks like fuel pressure is lower - 20s instead of 30 in second video. If you listen to audio can hear it start. And this isn’t taking that long because was driven earlier
