Default Replaced fuel pump, No Start.

2004 F150 (NewBody) 5.4l 3v (replaced fuel pump and driver module)

After the new pump went in, I confirmed the fuel pump primes, but still no start. Is there something that has to be done to get it to start back up the first time?

Disregard. I see where you said the pump primes.

It doesn't start -okay what makes you think its a fuel issue and not spark or a timing issue . Make sure you have 12vdc standing on cops and injectors with key on .. does it fire if you spray a little fuel into throttle body . .
Torque pro will give you your fuel rail pressure . All this will still not work if valves controlled by timing are incorrect. Spark will not do anything if fuel not compressed at the proper time . A b damaged crank sensor or wires underneath are just one problem . There is not enough meat here to work on . Check all your fuses .

There's a 15 amp fuse that controls ignition coils. I wanna say number 28. Look through your book to confirm and check that fuse

Have spark. Brand new OEM timing done immediately before fuel pump replaced. Truck kicks for a second if I leave it for 10min. Just found a corroded relay... is this fuel delivery related? Came from mini relay box in engine compartment driver side.

The relay box on the drivers side between the degas bottle and the air filter deals with the A/C clutch diode, A/C clutch relay, 4x4 (two relays - CW and CCW) and DRL's if you have them (Usually Canada), and a fuse for clockspring illumination. Here's a website with an interactive fusebox website: https://www.startmycar.com/ford/f-150/info/fusebox/2004

2004 and 2005 did not have a fuse for the fuel pump relay. (Fuse 9, not used in 2004 and 2005). Ford soldered the fuel pump relay onto the fuse box circuit board.

So that puts me out of options. Truck is for sale now in MN. I can’t fix it any further. I’ll take best offer. Brand new OEM timing kit, new power steering pump, fuel pump, FPDM. Everything you can think of has been looked over, but no start. Passenger side exhaust manifold replaced a year ago. I hate Fords now. Do what you can to take this burden off me.

I have done everything forum advice has said and tube has said. I’ll drive my ‘99around for a decade before this POS ever sees the road again. Ford can suck my ......

And new Melling 340HV oil pump.

So what is the relay in the engine compartment F57B-14B192-AA...? Its corroded and the connector is too. Being information is a grain of salt online, Im finding 3 different answers. I doubt I’m the first 3v owner to stumble upon this. Seriously, think outside the box here... I’m not an idiot. Fuel pump runs. (new fuel filter too. New fuel lines) FPDM new. Just no injectors working it seems. Had it running for seconds with a steady shot of starting fluid. Crank sensor fine too.
