Well guys, 1.5" is to wide for me. Gonna post them up in the BST......heres a pic:

You just have to have an idea where, then just push around until you feel something that "gives".. first time can be a pain trying to push and lift at the same time; a second set of hands can be very useful.

Start from the right and keep in mind the long screwdriver has to go over the bar of the seat back. Then you have to lift up against the bottom of the seat back cusion with the screwdriver to find the spot. You can see the scratches in locking plate made from the end of the screwdriver:

On a SCREW? There's no room. I originally planned to mount the amps on a 1/2" mfd board, but ended up with 1/4" board as there wasn't enough clearance. It's tight back there.

You can custom build a box to put under the seat just like the factory unit under the driver's side rear seat.

I have to agree man, thats a bit wide for the look yout truck has.. and the Truck looks great

Do you have to shorting the stock lugs with the 1.5?

No, the wheels I have sit flush on the spacer.

See, I've seen folks with these super compact subs that made them fit by cutting away at the formed felt behind the seats. I'm just trying to find the things now.

All I want is to round out the sound in the truck, I don't want to shake the cab.
