Replacing the rear pinion seal and then the staked U Joint with a Neapco. Got the old one out and putting it back together as soon as it's light enough to get going.
Worse comes to worse and I still have the shake in the rear I'll buy a new drive shaft with the Dana greasable ones already installed from place online for $350 shipped

Cleaned my coil connectors (really corroded) added new boots and springs. Took away rough idle and the notorious miss upon acceleration in 4th gear going 40-50 mph...thanks to everyone on the forums for recommending this one!!

Was having the typical bucking at around 40-50 and was dreading doing the plug change, so I chickened out and decided to change out the coil paks first to see if that helped. Pulled the ECM and it took a couple of hours with only a few new swear words. Everything went back together easily and the truck started right up (always a good first sign). Test drove it and I think the buckingproblem has gone away. Will put some more miles on it before we call it solved completely. Very happy camper.

The end result of my Saturday. Pretty nice and really stout. Now, LED light bar.

Sorry! I was so excited that the simple solution worked, that I neglected some important details. My truck is an '07 with the 5.4 V8 Triton. It has 78K on it and was bucking when I bought it at 75K. It was a one-owner truck and very well maintained, but I believe it still have the OEM plugs in it, as I don't see anything in the service files that I have (not complete) that indicate they were ever changed. I used ECCPP brand coil packs that I bought from Amazon.com. They were some of the best rated at 4.5 stars and cost $40/set of 8. Hope this helps and good luck.
