This is the way mine is too. The center piece is removable. Can take it out and replace with any insert. The surround stays, push the little holders down so the insert releases from the surround. One big open hole without the insert.

Is yours in a OEM surround? I am really excited to see if an aftermarket insert will fit the OEM surround.

I'm not sure. Probably not. From little things I have been seeing on this truck, it may have been in an accident and not reported.

Everything is fine. Just as someone else in the forum pointed out, the passenger fender and door are a little different shade of red than the rest of the truck. It had aftermarket lights, grill, and a few other parts under the hood look brand new.

I pulled off the passenger door panel to install electric windows and the door underneath looked brand new. I had local body shop and mechanic check it all out. Nothing wrong, just noticed the little things.

Hey, my uncles truck was in an accident and has a huge spot of bondo or something lifting off the hood. You're not doing bad haha

My bumper sits a tad bit higher on the passengers side than the drivers and carfax said there was a lien but didn't say from what also the bumper brackets look new. Pretty sure the PO hit something

A lien means a bank has hold on the title because the current owner owes money on it. It has nothing to do with an accident.

Went ahead and blacked out my tail lights messed up on the 3rd brake light so will have to redo it
