Changed the oil in her, switched to Motorcraft 5W-20 with Motorcraft filter.

Because thats the ONLY one you should ever use. It has an anti-drainback valve in it and is cheap, usually $4 at Wal-Mart.

Wix, Napa gold and platinum, Purolator and several other have anti drain back valves. Plus Purolator makes the motorcraft filters but is more equivalent to Purolator base model jus made to fords specs.
