After 10 years I decided to pull my factory drop in bed liner out and try a DIY Bedliner. I went with the Rustoleum Bed Liner Roll on type. My box was in pretty fine shape under the drop in, so it did do it's job. I did a good job on the prep with sanding down the box, cleaning, and then wiping down with alcohol. I noticed during the rolling of the stuff it was beginning to almost begin to set up as I was rolling it. The result was a finish that isn't very consistent. Functionally I think it will be fine, but aesthetically I'm disappointed. I think I'll try to do another coat tomorrow and potentially try to do some touch up with the spay version to see if it will even out the look. Here are some pics of the job.

Here's the box after sanding.

Here's a close up of the imperfections I'm talking about.

Thank you! We kind of threw it on last night. Everyone was hungry so we called it a night. Adjusting it up is on my to do list.

I'm also going to order the mount kit from ADD. I'm not a fan of how high the 20" sits on the stock mounts.

What headlights are you going with? OEM or aftermarket?

I bought a set of OEM grey that need a little polishing (paid $50 shipped). I am using my aftermarket to do the retrofit since I have read they are easier to separate (and they are in perfect shape). I will just run the OEM's until I get mime done then resell them here or ebay. Basically I just wanted a second set on hand to be able to take my time on the retrofit.

Looking forward to see your retrofit build. I'll be doing mine within the next couple of months. I may have to grab those headlights once you're done with them

Yea, I'm glad I kept my OE's as well. Will come in hand when doing the retro fit.
