Hmmm. Thanks for the tip.

A while back she had almost like a clicking noise from the same area. It went away and I thought it must have been ice. Maybe it was, but now a squeak.....I'm not sure what to make of it.

Summers, how long did you leave your housings in the oven to bake and what temp did you use? Also, I haven't seen any screws holding the housing together, are there any hidden ones?

Thanks
Tom

Mine had no screws. Just 2 screws hold the bezel to the lens. I did 200 degrees then put the headlight on a piece of cardboard on the lowest rack for 10 minutes, thats all it took. Remember, the higher the heat and longer exposure will spiderweb the lens. Mine suffered no spider-webbing.

Yeah my hoods aftermarket and is way to heavy for the stock hood struts and blew them out so I use a broom stick cut in half haha and I have tons of jack stands and couldn't find any so I just used both my jacks the orange one I found in a dumpster and the reason is one of the little sprocket thing was installed upside down so it wouldn't pump up and they gave up and threw it away so I just flipped it over and it works like a champ
