Got them on! I used floss to start working the old badge from the adhesive. Then used the wife's hair dryer to soften it. I took an old credit card and started to peel away the adhesive. Getting down to the finer parts, I used my thumb nail (and subsequently got and popped a blister). After removing the adhesive I used rubbing alcohol to remove the residue. I applied 3M Mounting Tape to the back of my new name plates and put them on!
